10:00 a.m. Registration, visiting, snacks, refreshments
11:00 a.m. Childrens ara opens until 5:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. Silent Auction Opens
2:00 p.m. Clowns arrive
3:00 p.m. Domino Tournament begins
4:00 p.m. Board Meeting
6:00 p.m. Supper served brisket, sausage, sauerkraut, German potatoes, green beans, peaches
7:00 p.m. Dance begins until 11 p.m.
Silent auction high bidders will be announced. Payment will be expected at this time.
Sunday, June 11th, 2006
8:30 a.m. Hall opens for registration and coffee.
9:30 a.m. Clergy and all Mass participants arrive for Mass
10:00 a.m. Family Reunion Mass: Bishop L.T. Matthiesen and family Clergy
11:30 a.m. Sunday Lunch served Pork loin, sausage, pinto beans, green rice, tossed salad, desserts donated and served by local family members.
1:00 p.m. Family Meeting: recognitions, drawing, announcements, and awards.
